Revolear is excited to announce our reseller partnership with DocuSign, and the full integration of eSignature into the Revolear Digital Deal Platform.
“DocuSign is a world-leader in eSignature, and provides the trust and user experience that we’re all accustomed to as business people,” said Raja Singh, Founder and CEO of Revolear. “We’re excited that our customers, and their customers, will now have seamless access to eSignature via our deal rooms and email.”
Revolear has introduced a new page template optimized for DocuSign’s responsive signing, eliminating the need to first produce PDF files. Revolear quotes, clauses and terms can be incorporated into the agreement page, and files can be added as attachments to the envelope. Agreements can then be published to Revolear Deal Rooms for embedded signatures, or sent for signature via DocuSign’s email. The same page can be downloaded to Microsoft Word, or commented upon in the Deal Room.
“When a customer uses Revolear for their agreements, they can provide their customer with the ability to sign, comment or download in one digital experience,” said Daniel Kim, Revolear Staff Engineer and architect of its integration with DocuSign. “Building an agreement template is as easy as dragging and dropping elements from the deal.”
Revolear users are notified when signatures are complete. Executed documents are associated with the deal, and can be downloaded at any time. Using Revolear’s APIs or integration with Zapier, customers can also initiate workflows once the agreement is completed.
DocuSign integration is now generally available in the Revolear Digital Deal Platform. DocuSign licenses are bundled directly in Revolear, so no additional DocuSign purchase is required.
